About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. With a major customer base in North America and Europe and a growing presence in other regions, you will manage and deepen relationships with our SMB and enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Ambee's climate data solutions. You will drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and ongoing customer support. Your insights will help shape the future of our product offerings, as you will be the Voice of the Customer within Ambee. A strong understanding of Sales CRM, especially HubSpot, is essential for tracking and managing customer success metrics
